The Universes
Each LustLit universe is a complete fictional world—its own city, its own cast, its own rules, its own ongoing storylines. You can fall in love with one and never touch the others. Or you can read across all of them. Both are excellent ways to use this site.
Blackthorn
Our flagship universe. Contemporary urban erotica set on the West Coast. A city of distinct districts — the gaslit cobblestones of the Victorian Quarter, the glass towers of the Skyline District, the converted warehouses of the Arts Quarter, the cliffs above the ocean at Cliffward Edge, the nightlife pulse of the Neon District, the pastoral warmth of the Meadow District, the late-night hum of the University District. Seven recurring women live here. Most of LustLit's published stories are theirs.
Obscura
An adjacent fantasy realm. Dream-logic, supernatural creatures, ruled by the Queens Vespera and Lumina. Currently surfaces through Blackthorn—characters cross over via mundane thresholds—but Obscura stands on its own and is growing into a universe with its own native protagonists.
